FAQs & Policies

Everything you need to know before your appointment. If you have any other questions, feel free to get in touch.

What is permanent jewellery?

Permanent jewellery is a custom-fit bracelet, anklet or necklace that is welded in place without a clasp. Each piece is designed by you and fitted perfectly during your appointment.

Does it hurt?

Not at all. The welding process is quick, safe and completely painless — most clients say it’s easier than expected.

Is the welding safe?

Yes — the process is safe. A small, controlled spark is used while your skin is protected at all times.

Can I have permanent jewellery if I have a pacemaker?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer permanent jewellery to clients with pacemakers due to the welding process. If you're unsure, please get in touch before booking.

Is there an age requirement?

We recommend permanent jewellery for ages 16+. Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Can I remove it?

Yes — your jewellery can be removed at any time using scissors. Many clients choose to have it re-welded afterwards.

How long does the appointment take?

Appointments usually take around 15–20 minutes per person, depending on your design.

Is it suitable for everyday wear?

Yes — our jewellery is designed to be worn every day. It’s durable, lightweight and made to move with you.

What metals do you use?

We use high-quality sterling silver and 14ct gold-filled chains, sourced from trusted UK suppliers. Solid gold options are also available on request.

Do you offer private or group bookings?

Yes — we offer private events for birthdays, bridal parties and special occasions, as well as pop-ups and brand collaborations.

What happens if my jewellery breaks?

We offer a 90-day guarantee from your original appointment. If your jewellery breaks within this time, we’ll re-weld it free of charge.

The original chain must be brought back to us. If it has been lost, we are unfortunately unable to replace it.

Are booking fees refundable?

Booking fees are non-refundable. For appointments, your booking fee may be transferred to a new date once, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, a new booking fee will be required to secure a new appointment.

Can I change the date of a private booking or event?

For private bookings and events, we require at least 7 days’ notice for any date change requests.

We will always do our best to accommodate a new date and transfer your booking fee where possible. However, if we are unable to accommodate the newly requested date after the booking fee has been paid, the booking fee remains non-refundable.
